Outstanding service at Vero Tempe. Armando and Fabian went above and beyond to help me retrieve my green card from behind my furniture. They were fast, skilled, and incredibly professional. Truly grateful for their support. Highly recommend this community.

I had a great experience at Vero! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. David was especially helpful—friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions. The staff truly cares about residents, and the amenities and overall atmosphere are great. Highly recommend Vero to anyone looking to live in Tempe!

Extremely disappointing experience. This place has zero transparency in how they handle billing and charges. We were charged extra money again and again, with no clear explanation for why the amount kept increasing. Prices and policies are not communicated upfront, which feels misleading and dishonest. When we asked about the extra charges, the staff was unhelpful and gave vague answers instead of clear details. There was no proper breakdown of the bill, and it felt like we were expected to just accept the charges without question. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Repeated unexplained charges and a complete lack of transparency make this place untrustworthy. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are much better and more honest options in Tempe.

The 5 star review is for the new maintenance supervisor they have hired. His name is Fabian and he is amazing at his job. He is taking good care of everything.

I wanted to give this place a good review, I really did. Overall living here was an okay experience: the parking garage is great, it feels super safe to live here as a woman, it’s a great location for students or people who are looking for a walkable experience in Tempe, and overall the front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the manager Candace is great. To no one’s surprise, it’s a rip off to live here. Expect around $350 on top of the base rent monthly if you plan to get a parking pass. There are seemingly inflated fees for the common areas and amenities. On top of that, the apartments are built very cheaply. It took until move-in to realize that the “tiles” on the floor are literal stickers, the outlets themselves aren’t secured into the walls causing the plastic plate covers to
