Adults walking heavily, causing loud and disruptive thudding sounds. •. These disturbances persist despite multiple complaints and significantly impact daily living and sleep quality. 2. Health & Safety Concerns Pest Issues • Recurring cockroach infestations inside the apartment. • No effective resolution or preventive measures provided despite reporting the issue. Smoking Violations • Frequent tobacco and marijuana smoking in nearby apartments and around the community. • Witnessed smoking inside the clubhouse, directly violating community policies. • Exposure to smoke despite the community

I’ve had a great experience so far. The move-in process was smooth, and Hannah and Marta were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and answered all my questions. So far I’m really enjoying the apartment and everything has been great.

My initial meeting with the new building Manager Marta, was a very pleasant and productive experience. Apparently, yesterday or today was her first day and If my experience with her today was an indication of how well she’ll do in managing the property, then as a resident I’ll say we are in good hands. I had shared with the old guard my lost package last week and just needed someone to actually care and help look into the case. All I got was nothing. Not even realizing there was a new staff in, I came by this morning to plead to them to please look at cameras. Well, I was greeted by Marta instead in the most welcoming way and after 3 three minutes of sharing what I’m dealing with, she invited me into her office and started taking down notes of the incident, and emailed the regional manag

Toured with Hannah recently and had a great experience. The property is beautiful and well kept. The club house is what sold me on wanting to rent here. It is in an amazing school district and very close to the elementary school. I can't wait to move in!

Kensie was amazing to work with! She made the whole leasing process super easy and stress-free. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our tour. We really appreciated her positive attitude and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
