I have used multiple brokers for both rentals and 3 home purchases, not one of the other brokers had the knowledge, patience, strategic thinking, and effective communication (which sadly is difficult to find). He was extremely responsive during stressful situations, provided perspective and solutions I wouldn’t have ever thought of. His 28 yrs of experience shines, he’s up to date on the newest technology used in the industry, if he doesn’t know something he quickly and thoroughly learns it. There’s a lot of realtors out there, but knowing what properties will and won’t work for you before you take the time to go and look at them is something that comes with experience.
