This company is amazing! I got my entire security deposit back, they are loving and kind I was their tenant for 5 years always fixed everything within very reasonable time. We followed all move out instructions to the T and we got our full deposit back very quickly. The tenant responsibilities were very reasonable and easy to do. We Will definitely be using Margo when we are ready to buy! Margo loved us and didn’t want to let us go, she’s amazing!

nothing but great things to say about this company from the owner, employees, and other recommendations for work on my condo. Long story short, my wife and I bought a condo at Vista for my mother. Thought it was a win/win, but less than a year later she ended up in assisted living. Needed to get rid of it by renting or selling. We tried to rent for a few months, but no luck on a qualified tenant. I really like the fact they didn't want to stick some random person in there. At the end, we decided to try and sell instead. Priced right, we got an offer less than 24 hours! Quick and painless transactions from up in Massachusetts. Never needed to head back to Florida for the closing.
