Jeffriel L. was an amazing lease associate. In our apartment tour he answered all our questions, kind and was very lovely to our baby. When we moved I forgot our cashiers check and he was very understanding and patient. When my husband arrived with the check the process was smooth and efficient. I’m so happy we chose Vero apartments for our family.

I had such a great experience working with Jeff in the leasing office during my move-in process. From start to finish, he was genuinely helpful and made everything feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. He gave me two thorough tours of the building, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was always responsive and thoughtful with his follow-ups. Beyond that, I’ve really been enjoying the community itself. It’s peaceful, quiet, and feels like a great place to come home to. Overall, the experience has been very positive, and if you’re considering moving here, I can’t recommend asking for Jeff enough!

5 stars for Sam & the leasing office. I was operating on a limited time frame and Sam worked with me in stressful times to both informatively address my questions and to get me moved in on time. Everyone that I spoke with in the leasing office was professional & helpful. I've had one maintenance request so far that was handled promptly by a friendly & insightful maintenance guy. I've recently moved in and so far I'm generally enjoying the studio - I'll update this review as needed / warranted.

I recently completed an apartment transfer from a 1 to a 2-bedroom, and I want to recognize all the agents in the management office for their outstanding assistance. They were exceptionally kind, organized, and thorough from start to finish, answering all of my questions and making sure every detail was handled properly. I want to give a special shoutout to Angelica and Jeff, whose professionalism and genuine kindness made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really enjoy living in this community, and the quality of support I received reflects how well it is managed.

I toured with Jeffriel and fell so in love. The moment I entered the unit it felt like home. I had looked at the surrounding properties and they are all beautiful and I loved this one. They are all amazing and I really liked Jeffriel. He was so down to earth and nice. You could tell he really loved his job! It felt like I belonged there. Jeffriel was so friendly and I felt so at ease with him. Unfortunately, I am in need of an affordable unit and there are none available and likely won’t be. I’m still crossing my fingers 🤞I also toured the sister property V2 and Erica was fantastic! So friendly and energetic and the residents seemed to love her. I’m bummed there is nothing affordable
