The Box District

One of the biggest downsides of living in this building is the trash situation. There is no trash room inside the building—you have to walk outside to dispose of your garbage in large shared bins. While that’s already a bit inconvenient, the real issue is that management does nothing to manage or monitor trash disposal. As you can see in the photo, the bins are often overflowing, and trash ends up piled outside, creating a serious hygiene issue. This not only looks terrible but also attracts rodents and other pests. It’s frustrating that this has been a recurring problem, and management hasn’t taken action to increase pickup frequency or enforce proper disposal. I went in for a tour recently and a beautiful woman I believe named Marielle offered to walk me around and gave me all the answers I had asked or had in store for her. Although I had decided to go somewhere else due to the commute from there to my place of work, I would absolutely be interested in renting from there for as long as she and her team continue to operate there. One of the gentlemen I believe was named Johnathan, and Sean! All extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite, several characteristics rare in this industry, 10/10 customer service for sure!

In a sentence, a terrible place to live in. The management team in this apartment are massively incompetent. The whole building is infested by roaches and they did nothing about it. If you're apartment needs any repair, you should be sure they wont gonna fix it in a long while. My dishwasher was not working for the last few months of my stay, and they didn't fix it, even though we requested for it several times. The elevators are always dirty and smell like pis*. The gates don't work properly.... Lastly, say goodbye to your $500 deposit. They'll find a way to not give it back to you, which happened to me. I hope you to see this review before you make the mistake of renting a home there.

Been living here for more then a year, they don't fix anything. Maintenance really suck, my toilet has been having a leak problem sinc le I first moved here. The oven has been no working, as well as the non stop roaches which is ridiculous. They haven't fixed my alarm even when I told them while I was pregnant, took them a year and a half to fix the alarms. Do no move here, make it like a last resort or a an emergency but other then that do not move to this building or the other one.

Great location and safe area! The apartments are amazing with awesome amenities as well. It’s the most ideal location minutes from downtown Boston. The Management Office Team were very friendly, professional, and attentive consistently. They were able to answer all my questions. The Maintenance Team also did a great job with how well the Buildings were cleaned and maintained. The Box District is a great property and I strongly recommend it to others!
