It takes me about 15 minutes on average just to find parking. This has become extremely frustrating, to the point where a group of us have discussed fighting to get out of our leases because we can’t even park where we live. I wake up every day to multiple cars without parking stickers parked directly in front of my building. Just today, I counted five cars that appear to be guests taking up resident parking. Meanwhile, in Rancho Cucamonga, residents pay $50 for a garage and receive one free assigned parking space per unit, along with amenities like a gym, free Amazon deliveries, weekly movie nights and themed events, overnight security patrols, and staff who clean up dog waste. I moved here to be closer to work but I shouldn’t be struggling to find parking where I pay to live. The office

Maintenance was amazing. I had a leak coming from the ceiling in my bathroom, and they responded right away. They stayed on top of it and continued working on the issue until it was fully resolved. I believe the maintenance manager’s name is Jesus, and he did a great job making sure everything was taken care of. Sarah, the assistant manager, is such an amazing person and truly does her best to help residents. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff have also been wonderful and helped me with getting into my apartment. The team really cares and checks in on you, which I really appreciate.

I’m beyond frustrated with the parking situation at this apartment complex. My car was recently towed while I was parked directly in front of my own garage a spot we’ve been encouraged to use in the past. The justification? That I was “in the fire lane,” yet the fire lane clearly ends at the curb by the sidewalk, which was next to, not where I was parked. What makes this even more aggravating is the complete inconsistency in how parking rules are enforced. Every time I visit, I see cars and even golf carts parked in actual prohibited areas for hours and probably days without issue. For example this jeep that’s clearly left unattended in the fire lane! Some vehicles are literally abandoned and never moved but somehow my car, parked responsibly in front of my own unit, gets towed? Thankfully

I personally have not had any issues with the complex management, or even the area. Everything is pretty relaxed. However, I really do not like that the front gate to enter is never closed at night, the landscaping is not care for anymore it seems, the surrounding areas can use some sweeping, or just regular maintenance picking up from dropped leaves and pilled up corners with trash and other debris. Other than that, the main areas like the pool, grills, and the game room, are very nice. Just would like to take a stroll around, and there be nice landscape. Some plants are just dead, empty planters, etc.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it use to be a great place to live. Ever since Maggie left it isn’t the same there’s no food trucks or anything where the residents can come together, I have had a roach problem which is ridiculous considering the price of these apartments to the point I felt uncomfortable even living in my own home, they’re gone for now but it’s still not okay. They never clean the stairs anymore or walk ways if it’s luxury it should be taken care of such. There has been cars that got broken into and mail was being stolen for a while I got over 3 packages stolen which is such an inconvenience. They have gotten strict with the pool area and it’s just not what it use to be I use to brag about how great vernola was but the new management does the bare minimum the apartm
