Lennar at Emerald Ridge are new homes in Jurupa Valley. The model homes are beautiful and inviting. Although in a community, they have their own lot and are not crowded like other condo communities. I didn't like the fact that property taxes are 1.95% of the value although that is the norm nowaday. Aside from the 1.95% property tax they also have an HOA of about 164 a month and ia not a closed community. When you add the 1.95% property tax and the hoa it becomes a little expensive for some people. The homes are priced well, sometimes below maeket after you factor in rebates and lender paid interest rate buy downs.
Washer and Dryer on 2nd floors. Stater Bros nearest grocery.
