I’ve been at Vermella West for about five months now, and I can honestly say I love it here. The community has such a warm, welcoming feel — everyone’s kind, and it really gives off that sense of home. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities are a big plus. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, and the pool area is beautiful — it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. I have to give a big shoutout to Ashley, the Assistant Property Manager. I actually started interacting with her before I even moved in, and she’s been incredible ever since — super kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything that comes up. After being settled in for about a month, we’re truly loving our experience here. A huge thank you to Janet, our leasing specialist, who made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From our initial tour to applying weeks later, she remembered who we were and patiently walked me through every step. She was always responsive, answered all my questions, and even reached out by phone, which really helped ease the stress of applying. I recently transferred units, and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. New resident here!! My transition in the apartment was lovely and I felt well take care of. Great, clean, and quiet community. Not to mention fabulous amenities! Love the shuttle and closer space the most. Very happy with Vermella West and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone.
