Vermella Crossing

Myself and my partner have nothing bad to say about our experience here at Vermella Crossing. We are forever grateful for the wonderful support they provided us in our first experience in an apartment. They are a part of our story forever. Highly recommend! The maintenance team are top of the line; quick, efficient and respectful.

We enjoyed living at Vermella Crossing for 3 years and moved recently to another Vermella property for more space for family members. VC apartments are well constructed and well maintained. Any maintenance requests were promptly met and efficiently handled. The community is family oriented and peaceful, and we met friendly neighbors during our time there. A few minor issues concerned the actions of a a few residents who refused to pick up after their dogs (despite repeated requests), and other minor issues but unfortunately you can find people like that in any community. We enjoyed having a CVS pharmacy next door along with a Seabra supermarket and bank. The shuttle service to the PATH station in Harrison was very convenient on weekdays, and the Walmart supercenter was conveniently do

I have been living in the Vermilla Crossing community for the past two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, and the residents are friendly and welcoming. The management team is professional, responsive, and does a great job of keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to live and truly feels like home.

I loved living in the Vermella Crossing! Everything was a breeze from when I first moved-in in 2019 to moving out in 2025! Management & maintenance are absolutely the best! Karen in the leasing office is the most caring, empathetic and understanding staff member the property has ever had. I had a 2br + 2 bathroom corner apartment on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but never a hassle since there are many doors to enter through. Very spacious and beautiful apartment with plenty of light! The gym & bbq entertainment area are cleaned every single day and always impeccable. I want to thank Karen, Johnny & Jerry for being amazing all these years!

Since moving to Vermella Crossing in 2024, we have nothing but positive experiences. The site always gives that “right at home” feeling and the staff always goes above and beyond. Karen the manager has always been helpful with any issues that have come up and Jerry is also helpful. The office staff including Aldrich are always on hand to answer any questions. Johnny and his staff from maintenance immediately address any issues with ease. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent in a cozy space that feels like you are family.
