Veridian

I’ve truly enjoyed living here and really consider it home. The location is wonderful, being close to the gym and having a preschool nearby makes daily life very convenient. One of my favorite things is how peaceful the community feels. It’s so nice to take evening walks, sit outside, and even enjoy music outdoors sometimes. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff and management have always been kind and helpful whenever I’ve interacted with them. I appreciate the work they do to keep the community such a welcoming place to live. I’ve genuinely been very happy here. — Shauna

I have only good things to say about this community, and the management staff at Veridian! Dani walked us through the entire process, and her communication and her willingness to work with us were amazing. Madison has come on as the property manager, and has already made significant improvements to an already great community. Secure package lockers ensure timely delivery, and she seems truly committed to a clean and safe home for the residents here. Bonus points for the performance venue on site, and the discounted membership at Delhi Athletic Club behind the development. Its not the cheapest place to rent, but it's brand new, and the staff is top notch, so it's definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Dani & Madison made my stay at the Veridian the last year and a half an amazing experience. Freddie from the maintenance team was exceptional with taking care of any issue we had which arose (which was not very frequent). We had a view of the lawn area on the 3rd floor from our unit and the event turnouts on weekends are sensational. If I did not have to move out of state for a better career opportunity, I would’ve definitely remained here at the Veridian for years to come. Thanks to the team for always going above and beyond for my family.

Tariq was thorough on the order requested and actually accommodated additional requests not included on the work order. He was friendly and completely satisfied our requests. We look forward to having him assist with any future work orders. Thank you.
