Another local monstrosity that ignores the need to plan for the comfort and noise/light/traffic pollution concerns of the surrounding communities. This project is inflicting substantial damage on the microclimate by obliterating over 1000 acres of forested, natural space and replacing it with acres of concrete, asphalt & glass. Retaining significant natural barriers would have buffered some of the impending noise and light pollution caused by the development. The residential and commercial population explosion Viridea will bring to Apex and Holly Springs will significant decrease quality of living and peace in these communities.
