Vereen Vacation Rental Services

We rented Island Girl through Vereen Rentals for 12/23–12/29 (Confirmation #15721) for a family Christmas trip (all of our kids plus our grandson’s first Christmas). Communication before arrival was excellent and professional, and the location is great. Unfortunately, the condition of the home was unacceptable and, in multiple areas, unsafe. From the moment we arrived, the property appeared neglected and in disrepair. We immediately contacted the owner/manager and provided photos upon arrival because we didn’t want to be held responsible for the condition of the home. Some of the issues included: broken/unsafe railings and steps, unstable furniture (including bar stools), stained furniture and rugs, ripped cushions, dirty/unchanged sheets in at least one bedroom, filthy and displaced out

Great stay for us. So close to the beach. No issues having our dog with us. Loved the mild weather. Close to restaurants that all had good food and atmosphere. Saw dolphins which made my wife’s day.

We absolutely love the location and view from Crescent Keyes. The unit conveniently anticipated and provided everything we needed while away from home. The patio and view was so peaceful. A few things need to be addressed: Lock on front sliding glass door on right side need checking. Front door metal threshold needs adjusting or replacing. Tile and carpet need cleaning. Kitchen utensils included all but ice cream scoop. We had a wonderful vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about Vereens Vacation Rentals. From start to finish, they made the entire process unbelievably easy. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of, and you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. The house was amazing and perfect in every way! We used it for a large family gathering and it was everything we were looking for! Quiet and nice location! Very clean! Everything was neat and clean along the outside as well. The pictures do not do it justice and it appears that some of the furniture has been updated since the pictures. Plenty of tables and sitting areas for large groups! Well equipped. We will be returning!
