Jewell and Kristi Knight of Beach and Forest Realty did a fantastic job finding our new home. They are very nice and easy to work with. After we saw the house we purchased we toured several other homes just to make sure this was the one. They made calls to the sellers agent to insure no other offers were accepted prior to viewing our offer. They recommended Murray Law to handle the closing. With the help of Jewell and Kristi I had all of the necessary paper work to close smoothly. A great team to work with! They definitely will handle all of my real estate transactions.

Jewell and Kristi Knight are truly the dynamic duo! They both are very knowledgeable, personable and thorough at what they do. We (my husband and I) were trying to purchase a home in South Carolina while still living in California. Finding the right home, going through the entire buying process, getting financed, etc. are usually already quite challenging but doing these things from far away proved even more difficult. It didn't help that I was even out of the country for six weeks during this time. Jewell especially, went out of her way to walk us through the whole thing and spoke to my husband multiple times--sometimes beyond the normal business hours--to reassure him that we were on the right track.
