We called to get a home inspection for property we are buying, an inspection we are only doing for our own purposes, not needed for closing or contingencies. They made our appt, had a day for them to come out, and he stated he would reach out to our seller to go to the property and when we didn’t hear, we called. He said was waiting for our contract and payment which he never sent. We resent our email for him to send and he just cancelled our inspection. Must have been having a bad day. Not good customer service.
