First let’s start with Dale he’s a fantastic example of a hard worker and reliable. But that’s everyone on the maintenance team there hasn’t been an issue that wasn’t fixed in less than 24 hours. The ladies in the office are absolutely fantastic and just to put it simply STARS. They’re understanding compassionate and reliable, they are people I hold dear to my heart for the assistance they provided to me in my time of need. The place isn’t perfect but I definitely see them making a conservative effort to improve. Definitely recommend!

These 4 star reviews aren't legit. Run — don’t walk — away from this place. The problems started before I even moved in. Management claimed the unit had been professionally cleaned, but it clearly wasn’t. They sent cleaners twice and it still wasn’t clean. There was also a long list of repairs needed that were not fixed. I escalated to corporate, and instead of calling me back, they simply told the manager to do a walkthrough with me. Even then, not everything on the list was fixed before move‑in. Once I moved in, things only got worse. Management’s communication was terrible, and their professionalism was nonexistent. I got tired of sending emails and calling because nothing ever changed. Maintenance was extremely old and clearly unable to keep up with the repairs the property desperate

I usually don't post reviews, but this experience has been so negative that I feel compelled to share it so others won't have to go through the same thing. I lived in Verde Vue Apartments from 2022 to 2024. Those 2 years, well, to say the least, were a rollercoaster, from constant police presence due to altercations in the neighborhood, the living conditions, mold, the maintenance process, the flooding near my unit, the constant AC issues, even a dispute about a Camera that I put due to someone hitting my PARKED CAR, but the straw that broke the camel's back was that I was sent to collection without notice. I’ve been here through several management changes and these guys are by far the best. They love getting creative with it…I mean a pie bar?!?!❤️❤️😊😊

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment complex is quiet, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
