Verdant at Green Valley

I have truly had an amazing experience living at Verdant. The grounds are beautiful. The leasing/management team are incredible. They get the job done with great effort and kindness. Maintenance is always on top of requests. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Verdant!

Living here has been a pretty positive experience for me. The staff has always treated me with respect, and I appreciate how quickly maintenance handles issues. The community is generally peaceful, which was really important to me. Nothing that has made me regret moving here. I’m happy with my decision to live here.

Update: management team was amazing with assisting us transfer into a larger unit. Couldnt ask for more. We plan to stay here for the forseeable future, especially with this great group of professionals overseeing our home. We've been living here for over a year. One of the most beautiful grounds ever. The gym is nicely sized. The pool is large and the hot tub is always working! The staff is always so friendly and prompt. Great experience so far. My only complaint is that theres no elevator, but stairs are always good for you anyways. LaKeshia was also a gem today assisting us secure a parking garage.

when i was living there for over two years there was marijuana smell almost every night in building 2 right by the pool, but i’m the one who got a call because my tv was on 50 volume one night past 10 pm. My packages were stolen from the locker over the holiday and their response was that the security cameras weren’t working and there was nothing they could do. my girlfriend’s car got broken into next to the dumpster we paid to park next to, right under the security patrols nose. Their annual fire alarm inspection personnel tell you when you must be available for them to invade your space, come in like bulls in a china shop look at everything not just the fire alarms, then leave. the vibe is always off. the property is great. the reason i give two stars is to reflect the management plan.
