This is a wonderful community. All our neighbors are so nice and look out for one another. Rent increases are going to happen, they do everywhere now. Thank you Brenda and Don!

Property not maintained.....stains on carpet, sidewalks filthy ! Homeless on property... Residents don't pick up after their pets.... Took a year and half to clean handrails in Stairwells....Vehicles are not safe in parking lots here due to theft or hit by someone who shouldn't be driving ! They need cameras in parking lot. Either they are understaffed or inept!! Either way, Thumbs down 👎 Rent increase has occurred 2X'S thus far... Not good when they aren't fulfilling the basic needs to maintain the property 💯

I have been a resident for 2 years. Nice 55 and older complex. Clean and quiet complex.

Visiting a friend. I have to say these Apts are roomy & well lit.
