A Hidden Gem in McKinney! We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it! It’s a smaller, peaceful community with only seven buildings, which makes it feel safe, quiet, and easy to move around in. The neighbors are friendly, and the whole property has a true neighborhood feel. Since the new management team took over about a year ago, they’ve done an amazing job giving the property a fresh, modern look. Each building was painted and power washed. What once had an older style now feels updated, bright, and welcoming. The remodeled clubhouse and amenities center are beautiful — especially around the holidays with the festive décor and cozy atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the amenities center. During business hours, residents can stop in for a cup of coffee

Having been a resident here for two years, we have definitely seen the difference the new management has brought to the property. Updated pool, fitness and community centers has really made Venue Craig Ranch a luxurious place to live. The staff are prompt, friendly and extremely easy to work with. Moving from a two bedroom to a three bedroom was a breeze with Will’s help.

I’ve lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed it. The new management has been making a lot of positive changes. Will is especially friendly, he showed me around all the updates and even brought my phone to me after I accidentally left it in the office. 😆 Everyone here seems friendly and peaceful. Maintenance has also been great, requests are handled quickly and without issues. The gym is much nicer now with new equipment and is open 24/7 for residents. The community center has added more games, a popcorn machine, new grills, and outdoor games. I’m excited to see the hallways updated and to enjoy the pool upgrades this summer.

I have been a resident here at the Venue at Craig Ranch since 2017. I was the very first person to live in my apartment. I can say with a clear conscience, that the current management staff here is the best we have ever seen! They are committed to revitalizing the buildings with new paint inside and out, new lighting and providing a safe and secure community! The maintenance team is amazing-knowledgeable and efficient! The management team of Amber, Lacee and Will have really been off the charts with incredible care and concern for the residents! I love living here since they arrived!

The Boy Who Cried Wolf I did not expect my main character arc in this apartment to be “extra in a low-budget fire drill simulator.” Yet here we are. The fire alarm goes off constantly. Sometimes it disappears for days just to lull you into a false sense of security, and then suddenly it rings ten times in one day like it’s trying to beat a personal record. It shuts off after about five seconds. Not long enough to investigate or evacuate, but just long enough to spike your heart rate and make you question your life choices. And yes, I have contacted management several times and got no proper response. At this point, if there were an actual fire, I’m fairly certain half the building would just roll over and go back to sleep because we’ve all been Pavlov-trained to assume it’s another pha
