Venue Brookwood Apartments

I really enjoy living here! I’ve been a tenant for 2 years and the experience has been great. The property is well maintained and the staff has always been helpful. The location also is ideal with a lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The use of fobs for entry at all the doors and elevators make it very secure. I see some reviews that may show a strong contrast from mine, but everyone’s experience is different I guess. I highly recommend this property!

I just recently moved in and obviously things are never perfect, but this has been pretty good . Some of the reviews mentioned the elevator issues which I experienced,but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience and things were taken care of. The concierge is really nice and runs the front very well. My agent , Desean was very efficient and a joy to work with. All of my interactions with the assistant manager were great and so far any small concerns were taken care of nearly right away. This is a very nicely run building and very well kept , so I’m quite pleased thus far My only critique would be the parking. I wish they were more generous with the guest parking spaces and ease up a bit on booting. It can be a turnoff and seems a bit unwelcoming. Hopefully that becomes modified . Overall th

I have no complaints. The staff and management team have been nothing but nice to me and very helpful. The building smells good. The property is very clean any and every time I have a question or a concern the management team handles it and resolved it right away I’m new to Georgia and also new to the property and I love it here already 10 out of 10 and I definitely recommend. I feel very safe and I’m very comfortable so I call at home sweet home❤️❤️ Not to mention, I just love, Miss J. She’s such a sweetheart. She made me feel so welcome and also like family. Stayed for 1 year. Enjoyed everything about the Venue. No major issues with my apartment or the complex. Only left to buy a home. Great location and great staff. Joe, the property manager, answered any questions I had and helped me with anything I needed during my short lease.

**I do not live at these apartments. This review is based off the customer service i received while there for a tour. I had a tour scheduled with 5 confirmation emails and texts, having corresponded with a leasing agent over text and email. When we got there, it took 10-15 minutes for someone to speak to us. When someone came out, she told me that I did not have a tour appointment. I confirmed that we were at the correct complex and told the agent that I had multiple confirmations. She walked away and came back and said again that there was no tour on the schedule. I showed her the confirmation emails and texts. After that, she acted put off and said she could give us a tour but we’d have to wait 30 min (20 min after my appointment time). She did not apologize or acknowledge the miscommun
