Venue at Lockwood Apartment Homes

Grateful to the staff who assisted us at all times, providing assistance with everything we needed in our new home. We are grateful for the good treatment of Miss Alejandra who gave us a lot of support in all the steps we had to follow for this new home. The apartment is very beautiful and in good condition.

It was a smooth transition. I love my new apartment, it’s more beautiful than I imagined it would be, I have a dish washer , garbage disposal, and a washer and dryer and I’m so grateful that I was approved to live here! God is good! The ladies in the office were wonderful especially Alejandra. She helped me to understand the process of paperwork needed and was patient with me. Moving can be stressful but when you have people in your corner it’s not! God bless the property manager and all the beautiful ladies that work at Venue at Lockwood!

bro i was a visitor here for 3 days. all the residents park in the visitors spot and the office has NO solution and go burst parking passes for you. was asleep for like 4 hours before the car got towed, i had to pay $450 to get it out, and the apartment complex basically said i had to figure it out. you have like 3 visitor parking spots in the whole complex. you guys are WEIRD. they have a whole empty parking lot except visitor spots.

Quiet, out of the major traffic congestion and easy to navigate when you leave. Grateful to be able to enjoy the amenities this community offers. Great staff, from the moment I opened the door at Venue at Lockwood and throughout the whole process of moving in, (good, better and indifferent) it has been not so much of a challenge.

Latora The community director is the most sweetest person I have ever met in my life she goes out of her way to make sure her residents are OK. I lost my mother recently and she could tell I wasn’t the same. She stopped me and asked how I was feeling. She gave me some advice and Offered an hug that I needed and showed that she truly cared. She cares about her residents Whenever I have an issue, my issues are always taken care of right away! The other staff in the office are always so attentive and always greet you with a smile, especially Alejandra such a sweet girl always ready to help at any moment. I have been here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
