If you are buying a home in Bradenton or surrounding areas I highly recommend Richard at Bradenton Home Inspections ! My husband and I have bought several homes together and this is our first out of state purchase and we couldn’t be there for the inspection so Richard contacted our realtor and they worked out a time to do the inspection. In Florida you need a 4 point, and wind mitigation test if your home is over a certain age, I googled home inspectors in Bradenton and Parrish and looked at reviews and the qualifications of the inspectors and Bradenton Home Inspections came up with all the certifications we wanted in a home inspector. Richard called me in the morning and said he was running earlier and asked if it would be ok if he came earlier. I assured him that would be ok. He then called and said I’ll be there in ten minutes. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. He came and said he’d start outside on the 4 Point Inspection and then come inside and finish, checking, the electric panel, the plumbing, hot water tank and electrical outlets in the bathrooms. He was very polite and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Richard to do any inspections that you need done. Neal Shockey
