There's a whole homeless encampment in the woods in the front of the neighborhood right across from the pool. Drifters spotted every morning on my way to work. Why do I pay HOA fees when these people get to stay here for free while ruining our community. My kids can't play or fish around the pond like I used to without me worrying about them finding drugs or used needles. The HOA fees increase while the neighborhood gets worse and worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE. this was a nice neighborhood 20 years ago! STAY AWAY! NEW RESIDENTS BEWARE! This neighborhood sucks. Pot holes. Homeless drifters and abandoned houses. STAY AWAY! LONG TIME RESIDENT TRUST ME I'D MOVE IF COULD. The police nor the HOA do nothing about homeless drifters in our community yet they set up speed traps and speed sensors to catch

I’ve lived in this neighborhood since 2020. The basketball court and tennis courts are horrible. The pool was closed most of the time. Potholes are horrible. There’s one right in front of the pool near the elementary school and has been there for month and has just gotten bigger and no one seems to care. Kids walk and ride their bikes to and from school. If a child twisted their ankle or fell because of that pothole, who’s paying the medical bill? Who’s paying for the damage to tires? There’s houses with grass over 2 feet tall. What’s the purpose of paying HOA fees if the neighborhood looks a mess?

I liked the place. It's clean , spacious and very affordable! They provide the chairs and tables. It has a spacious kitchen. The restrooms are cleans and plenty of room in there. Air conditioned for hot days too. It was a good deal

Never answer the phone. They are never in office. I dont know where our HOA payments are going if the community looks so horrible. We have a old scrappy abanded mobil camper parked near an elementary school. Another visual impairment is a food truck at a stop sign that is for crossing to elementary school. Thats not including the front yards that look like yunk yards. An back alleys that have fallen trees for almost 2 years now. Whats going on? Are we just donating our hard errand money.

STAY AWAY! Relentless and out for money. Fixes nothing, never available even if you make an appointment a week ahead to fix a problem, only contact I’ve ever gotten is when they threaten me with letters that have no contact info and no information about these “Articles” that got violated. Not even the website has information. They make the rules up as they go, I would never recommend this neighborhood. NEVER EVER
