While the building has some surface-level updates, my overall experience was defined by poor communication, ongoing maintenance issues, and serious concerns about management and security. Throughout my tenancy and especially during the lease renewal and move-out process, communication was delayed, inconsistent, or incorrect. I received conflicting information about renewal terms, incorrect pricing that took weeks to correct, and very little clarity despite repeated attempts to get answers. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness ultimately reinforced my decision to move out. Maintenance and cleanliness were also ongoing issues. I moved here from out of state and had an awesome experience touring units and signing my lease at Ventana with Angela. She was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable during every step of the process. The buildings and units that she showed me were all so nice that it was difficult to pick one, but now that I live at Vantana I couldn't be happier with my decision. And as far as property management companies go I haven't had any issues so far with Oliver Properties. The online portal makes everything simple and easy. Big ups to Angela and the Ventana team because they go out of their way to make sure that their tenants are taken care of.
