I have rented with Velocity for 3 years now and have always found them to be responsive and fair. This summer, my AC went out and they had someone over to fix the issue within 24 hours. My previous landlords usually took closer to a week! Their staff is courteous and professional and actually return my calls. Rental life is rental life, but at least I don't feel like the management company is working against me.

If I could rate them zero I would. I don’t even know where to begin. If you rent with this company proceed with caution! I would steer clear away. But if you do, definitely make sure you request an initial walk through and walkthrough when you move out. Shifty, unempathetic, callous are the words that come to mind with my experience with this company. We rented from them approximately 3 years. We came from out of town, and we couldn’t view the property in person before we moved in. When we moved in, the carpet throughout the house was disgusting, it had paint stains, bleach statins, regular old stains and the carpet certainly needed replaced. I had to have a lot of rugs throughout the house to cover up all the stains. Not to mention their refusal to fix things or jimmy rig things that the

If I could grant more than 5 Stars I would. Brad and Sabrina are impeccable in service with this industry. They provide realistic feedback and are incredibly easy to deal with. I wish I could put all my properties under them! If I own more property in San Antonio, I'll definitely be giving them a call.

Low, low budget. No complaints about the agents, Sabrina and Brad. They seem fine. But this isn't a personality contest. My low rating is due primarily to incompetent maintenance technicians. An HVAC guy who wasn't licensed, vented freon for 5-7 minutes after overfilling it, and spent 30-40 minutes online trying to troubleshoot the problem because most of his experience was working with window A/C units, not central air. In another instance, an electrician replaced a GFCI outlet (twice). He complained about the prior installer. It was him. He was cagey about his training. It was clear Velocity prides itself on sending under qualified and low cost technicians. You get what you pay for. Had I been the property owner, which we are, I'd have been furious for numerous bills for service calls. A

These guys are awesome. They managed my property for almost a decade until I decided to sell. Everything was always taken care of and they had great communication even when I was not in the state.
