A loan officer by the name Nick Ramirez pulled my credit profile without my permission. Later he stated that he was contact the credit bureaus on my behalf and fix it because he acknowledged it was a mistake or glitch in their system. I was only submitting a pre qualification application and I explained to him I do know want my credit pulled, he assured me it would only be a soft pull until I am ready to take the next steps by putting a home under contract. He did not keep his word and only ghosted me. Now I have a u wanted hard inquiry on my credit report

I received information from Harrison O'Dell on 03/05/2026 at 11:00 am that my financing was finalized on my loan and he confirmed it was fine for me to get the cashier's check for the closing cost. Closing was to take place on Friday 03/06/26. I had arranged for movers since everything was "finalized" and 5 hours later while I was at the bank and had paid for movers, he sends an email stating that they had to push my closing date back to the next week. Reason being is that they were waiting on a document that should had been requested well in advance. I have purchased (3) homes and I have never had such a bad experience with this mortgage process - I will NOT recommend them to anyone and have had an awful experience. They made absolutely no effort to try and compensate me for the down
