Michelle is the greatest and is truly actually helpful when any problems arise. I came into a single bedroom, unfurnished Apt and I’m loving the setup so far. Plenty of space, a decent sized balcony, beautiful big windows to watch the sunset and brand new appliances across the board. The washer and dryer are BIG which is so helpful not having to worry about doing a ton of tiny loads. The place was very clean when we came in with large doors and a very high ceiling, so it feels nice and spacious. No complaints so far!! Love the property team while small are very good at their jobs and at finding quick solutions. ♥️♥️♥️

Dan and Freddy in maintenance were really helpful and speedy with getting my washer back online! Even though I had to get a new one, Dan was great about communication and scheduling a time to come in and replace the machine.

lived here for 3-4 years about, names andrew. in the 4 years ive lived here, it been great, dan has always been wonderful, michelle, nat, bradleyyyyy? sorry i cant rememebr your name right now haha, have all been wonderful managers on site, we are going to miss this place and the wonderful community it held. good luck and thanks for all the fish

Have had the pleasure of working with Velo for a couple years now. The property is well-managed, and Dan, is outstanding to work with. He’s incredibly helpful, and makes our job easier!

I wanted to provide a review because I love our complex but also for our maintenance guy, Dan. He has been amazing to work with and also because he saved our cats while we were out of town. He goes above and beyond and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for this. Velo has been great overall as a place to live and the team has been wonderful.
