Please do not rent these apartments!! They have rats !! No matter how many times you clean your house, or have an exterminator come and spray your home, there will always be rats. My first few months living here were already bad, because they gave us an apartment with no AC during the summer time, and their maintenance are lazy and never have a solution to fix anything. The maintenance and management are just for show and don’t contribute to anything. It’s rat infested, roach infested, and the pool never opens. Moving out was the best decision I could make

Great apartment complex really no issues, office doesn’t mess with you or have bad attitude. Azucena and Angelica are super sweet and understanding! Maintenance gets the job done as well! Thank youuuu 🫶🏼

Had such an great experience with the application process Alicia one of the leasing agents was Soo patient and had great communication also Soo helpful when it came to application process best experience I've had. The other two lady in the office were amazing help as well!

It’s 94 degrees in our apartment, I have a toddler that shouldn’t be experiencing this level of heat in the supposed comfort of his own home… let alone the rest of my family as well. I’ve requested emergency assistance for a maintenance man to fix our air conditioning unit… and was told to be patient, I also asked for an ETA and was told they don’t have one. This is the second time the air conditioner broke and it looks like it was Mickey Moused before… The air ducts are not cleaned out and we can’t request services from any 3rd party air conditioning company unless it’s provided and approved by the leasing department themselves but that’s unfortunate because the leasing office is always closed especially on business days. My family and me have 9 years living here,no poblems, when something happen the Office resolve the situation soon, we are happy.
