I have lived here for 9 months by now, need more space so wanted to rent the second apartment but have really bad experience recently. I’ll share both my positive and negative experiences here. 1. The day when I applied the second unit, I went out to take a phone from my doctor, when I come back the price in the system became $57 lower on my phone, Nico felt wired but it did become $57/month lower on his laptop after refreshing the website, so we locked that lower price by paid $1000 deposit and $50 application fee for 23 months lease term. But when it comes to the contract step, it shows higher price. I asked Nico but he said I need show them (the lease team/leader) screen shot to show the $57 lower price even he remembered I locked the lower price because in the system it shows the high

The response time was excellent the repair was taken care of “IMMEDIATELY” if I could give 10 Stars they would be WELL deserved.

Management here ignores everything - 0/5 stars. I have moved out of a unit I am unfortunately still paying for due to health and mold concerns. The wall in my unit was rotting the entire time I lived there (and is still rotting currently), and my service requests were left pending for multiple months, only to be later canceled. I resubmitted, and all they managed to do was paint the wall. The water issue and mold problems still persist. I resubmitted again, and the requests were canceled once more. This apartment complex and leasing company will do anything to make a profit. I will update this review if I ever receive an email response from the management team. (Update: After many email exchanges with the management, all they managed to do was 1) pretend that the issue never occurred, 2)

Maintenance did change the filter but when I still turn the heat on. Something blowing out of the vents still makes me itch and scratch. Not sure if the ventilation ducks need to be clean or it's something wrong with the unit itself because that's not normal. You need to send a Maintenance person that specializes in heating units to find out what's blowing out of the ventilation system? This is serious because Fall is already here and gets cold at night. Winter coming and heating is a necessity.

I parked my expensive electric scooter in the cage of the garage building..you need to take the elevator and an access code to get in to the secure cage that should be monitored by a camera..my scooter was stolen! They didn’t have the footage of the camera couse doesn’t work they did not reimburse me or even apologize..Brian the GM does not do a good job..not at all..it was an inside job no one except tenant or management has the access to the garage. Bad bad bad management I left will never come back.
