I have tried to contact this builder via email, phone and chat. I received one response asking when I could set up an appointment and I responded but never did get a reply and I am less than 15 miles from the plant.

Poor quality workmanship. Don't be fooled by factory tour. Limited warranty on products. Only manufacturer's warranty eg windows, doors etc. If you buy your own windows, doors, roof, AC you can get better quality warranty yourself, with better pricing and quality products. They do not fix issues once house is delivered. Payment has to be given before they deliver the house. Once delivered you are on your own. You can't even get them to fix the problems they caused. Do not use them. You are better off building a regular stick home. Biggest mistake getting a modular home and from Affinity. House is sub standard.

We drove all the way from Florida to visit the factory. Filled out contact information. Multiple calls and two weeks later, someone from the sales team finally contacted us. We were interested in the Sunshet Shack or other similar home and excited about building as we've been living in a travel trailer since the hurricane. We talked to a guy named "Skip," who is based in Georgia. He asked all these questions to forward to a "builder." Long story short, he finally asked what our budget is ~$150K and said he can't work with that. All homes are apparently $170-$220/ sqft. We can build for around $125-$150/sqft. Really liked the factory. Way too high. We'll be seeking other companies.

Excellent Customer Service and very well built modulars! Would definitely buy a house from them as soon as I have the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well built house! :)
