Vantage Pointe at Marrowbone Heights

My building is still not painted. The office ladies are awesome and Mr. Jim is awesome. But the property management team is garbage. We had an icy parking lot for WEEKS and nothing was really done about it. They have been “painting” building since November and mine still isn’t done… it’s February. We get charged 2 water bills for a singular month. And the community garbage is constantly going up. And we don’t even have valet trash. It’s literally just a dumpster that is always full. Again the office staff is wonderful and do everything they can, but the property management team sucks. They literally seem to care about nothing but money. The quality of our living is meaningless to them

I cant say enough good things about Isha and the rest of the staff! She is incredibly approachable, always addressing my concerns with a smile and resolving any problems i may have. I think she deserves a raise! Jim from maintenance, has fixed every problem i have had with in hours and on the weekends. Their dedication makes living here incredible. I am so grateful for their hard work and positive attitudes. I just resigned my lease specifically because of them!

Jim is a wonderful maintenance man & person. He is always in a great mood. He comes in and fixes stuff so quickly and everything works great. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate him and his hard work!!! No problem too big or small for him and he doesn’t complain. He’s amazing.

DONT MOVE HERE. Rent is never what is due, it changes every month and is usually $200-300 extra a month in “fees”. Property grounds are dirty, super dirty. No access to the gym and pool is closed half of the time. They ride around in golf carts looking for any reason they can to fine you and get more money. Parking sucks, stairwells are gross, BATHTUBS PEEL, construction of the buildings is extremely poor, the walls are thin and it’s very loud. Black mold around a/c units and filters. Office is rude. Awful, awful experience. Parking gate is always broken, the dumpster is overflowing with garbage every week so you have to keep trash inside of your apartment or receive a fee. This place will absolutely drain your pockets and your overall sense of happiness. Living here is somewhat of a perso

The only complaint I have is that the ice was terrible and I walk with a cane and it was very hard for me to get to my car, other than that I am very pleased.
