Royal Oaks Apartments

Lived here since last July and about to renew my lease. It’s honestly simple and easy to work with the management.

I would like to know if the same owners bought out impeccable properties? It says Royal Oaks on the website where we are supposed to make payments.

Been here for 7 months & am loving it! The city seems to be fairly new and developing, there’s been such a great change in environment over the time I’ve been here. The people are very friendly. There have been renovations to the building that gives me such a fancy feel. And my kids are definitely loving the school district. The property manager is super nice & helpful also. I have been living her with ease, definitely recommend this place!

Terrible place to live, it's a dumpster and there's no maintenance staff

Leased a two bed unit and I have no complaints. Manager made the transition easy and maintenance is very friendly. I give it my highest recommendation.
