Karen at Vantage was one of the top reasons other than the Gorgeous Briarwood that we built with Vantage. Karen's attentiveness was there 24/7. We moved into our home on February 6th, 2025, and could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. This is our dream home! Thank you, Vantage!

Outstanding Experience with Vantage Homes - A Dream Come True! We began our journey to find a new home last year, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Vantage Homes. From the very beginning, Caleb at the Sterling Ranch office made the entire process smooth and comfortable. He listened carefully to our needs and suggested the "Native" floor plan, which fit perfectly. Caleb was always considerate, which put us at ease throughout the process. He patiently showed us lots and answered every question, no matter how small. We made several structural changes and even changed the lot twice. Despite our back-and-forth decisions, Caleb remained incredibly patient and supportive. Just when we were about to finalize the Native floor plan, we came across another option from Vantage
