VANTAGE AT ANDERSON TOWNE CENTER APARTMENTS

While I am an employee of HILLS Properties, I am also proud to call Vantage at Anderson Towne Center my home. I applied in August 2023 and moved in May 2025—and it was absolutely worth the wait. This is the best apartment home I’ve ever lived in, and I’m truly grateful to be here. The amenities are exceptional. One of my favorites is the infinity pool (which I fully plan to enjoy even more in 2026). The garage deserves special mention—it’s an incredible perk that keeps my car protected from the elements year-round. Not having to scrape ice or warm up my car on cold mornings is such a luxury. The cold brew on tap in the speakeasy has saved me a fortune on coffee runs, and the clubhouse coffee machine is just as impressive. I absolutely love my apartment. I love living in a beautiful and secluded place. Both Mikayla and Camryn always greet us with a warm smile.

Best apartment complex ever! Aaron and Amanda work so hard to make your move in experience smooth and enjoyable. Their communication is very professional and timely. The building is beautiful and extremely quiet. We couldn’t be any happier finding our home here.

Let me start by saying we have watched Vantage being built and now opening with excitement. We knew that this was where we wanted to live. Vantage has the BEST location and amenities available. I am a paraplegic and in a motorized wheelchair. All the sidewalks, local restaurants, and shopping of Vantage are wonderful. We are also right in the middle of all the medical doctors. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff has been. I would highly recommend Vantage.
