Vantage Apartments

This is a U2 rental unit on the 1st floor. They deserve no stars, if only I could! Spoke to David the owner... The laminate floor was installed wrong it was not secured properly and all the planks have up to quarter inch gaps in between. When I asked David to fix that he said that's better left untouched and that I shouldn't wash my floors, but to get a swiffer... Appalling... David is a smooth talker, thought I was stupid, absolutely those gaps in the laminate floors can be fixed! But, he's too cheap to do it! Appalingly... Previous tenants lived with that! Little did he know i lived all my life with a contractor who built homes! Lol... To add insult to an injury, property add says parking, but no specifications...
