Vanguard Heights Apartments

Lived in the apartment for a year. Decent price, spacious floor plan and hardwood floor in the living room. I lived in a corner unit, and it had good view and sunlight. Also, the area is very safe, and close to everything, including Schunucks, Trader Joe's, and Costco. It would be a 7 minutes drove to I-64. The amenities was ok, but the gym is very very small. I deducted one start because the moving experience was horrible. I was charged $1000+ for moving out cleaning and trash haul. This don't sounds like reasonable price to me.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a month now, and so far, the experience has been great. The entire staff, from the front office to maintenance and cleaning crews, are always polite, professional, and incredibly responsive. I really appreciate the convenience of their services, especially the package delivery and trash valet. I recently had a large package delivered, and because of a back issue, the staff kindly brought it right to my door without hesitation. It’s small gestures like these that make a big difference. I hope this high standard of service continues because it’s the main reason I’d confidently recommend this place to others.

Living at Vanguard Heights has been a truly phenomenal experience. The amenities are amazing and accessible- I especially love our gym including our yoga/fitness studio, and our beautiful relaxing pool. Being a resident at Vanguard Heights is also really convenient! I looked at several apartments before deciding on Vanguard Heights, and it was no competition. The parking situation here is great and unmatched in STL. There are always spots and I am always close to home with our attached covered garage- never having to go outside is a huge bonus. Also, the location is fantastic, so close to the major amenities (Target, Costco) with groceries and Walgreens in walking distance. I love walking with friends to California Pizza Kitchen. If you are looking for a premium all inclusive feel in St Louis, this is the place to be. Beautiful brand new apartments with fitness, pool, and even a nest thermostat included. Just moved here, but already I feel comfortable with calling Vanguard Heights, my home.
