The bugs are so bad it’s inhumane, the roaches crawl up the walls up doors outside you can’t barely step anywhere without seeing one or one falling on your head. Management has a deal with multiple towing companies to tow away visitors of tenants. Poor lighting results in signage being largely invisible at night, which is intentional. No landlords who establish blanket to away zones deserve to have any tenants.

I have lived here for almost a year and at first I thought OMG, but they have different management and maintenance and I couldn't picture myself living anywhere else! It's a small complex so everyone kinda knows each other and looks out for one another, it's the best vibe ever! It's not for families, it's one bedrooms but perfect for couples or singles! I absolutely love the apartment and I'm on the third floor, but my cat loves it up here, it's the PENTHOUSE AT BAXTER!

If I could give zero stars I would. No housing office, half the building is trashed or condemned upon driving there in person after they accepted my application!?! And then asked me to pay my reservation and move in fees without a single call from a person, all automateds scam emails. Spoke with residents while I was looking for the office to which they replied " good luck, we don't have one. We also don't have laundry rooms like we're supposed to or mailboxes"

I lived here for three years! I never had an issue with anything! Especially once Jennifer and Mike took over the place, everything was great! I would not hesitate to move back as long as these people were still there!
