Valley View Senior Apartments

I have been a resident here for five months on Monday I passed our Maintenance person named Dean in the hallway and mentioned a maintenance issue to him. The issue was resolved and replaced with new equipment within two hours 😁

Su is an absolute saint! She went well above and beyond expectations in her assistance with our application process! She worked tirelessly, calling us after hours, assisting with our out of state background checks, and even working from home during a snowstorm to nudge our case through! Su was so warm and helpful to my husband and I! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work. So far, we're loving Valley View!!!

Went to visit my mom, woke up with ants all over me. My mom said this isn't the first time this happened. The thermostat didn't keep the correct temperature. It was 50 degrees outside and no matter how high we put the thermostat cold air kept coming out. There's hardly any lighting in the parking lot and none on the turn in to the apartments. I am a lot younger than most of the residents that drive there and almost hit a deer. It's one working washer and dryer for all the residents in my mom's building. It's ridiculous how they are treating the seniors at this complex. They all are complaining but are afraid of being kicked out. I told them they have to go to the city or county. Do not move your loved one here!
