Real Property Management Summit

Placing my home into property management with Real Property Management Summit has been nothing less than seamless. They have been so collaborative and diligent from start to finish. The whole process took a few days and they were able to place a tenet a week after the rental was listed. Dustin and Dana’s communication has been outstanding and I am so thankful for their help with managing this for me.

I’ve lived in an RPM owned apartment complex for 3 years. I’ve had a wonderful experience here. When I moved in my apartment was clean with nice appliances. The property manager is amazing. She is always available to help during her working hours. The company keeps up with the property. Snow removal in the winter time and lawn maintenance in the summer. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Absolutely horrible company,I dealt with them on a rent to own shed were Iwas hurt fell 2 payments behind had made arrangements with them to pay it up on an before a payment could even be made there driver came in a tractor trailer an in all the snow an ice during the warm days an completely destroyed my yard,my driveway,my shared private road an not to mention tbe thousands of dollars in tools inside thst I didn't know they were coming to get it or they been removed,there was a equipment trailer infront of it in my driveway that got shoved into another building there an ice bank approximate 6ft tall breaking lights an bending a ramp,cut ruts 2ft deep were machine an truck were stuck at some point, broke several items that were around building an under snow wen common sense should of came

Rpm summits themselves are a good company and have had good expiriences when it wasnt with Jill Surrat. The apartments i lived in were overpriced and molded, riddled with bugs. I was attacked by my neighbor TWICE in 2022, she swore she was getting them out of there and that she would fix it. She never did, they stopped paying rent and moved out in 2023, that apartment sat empty and unfixed until the day i moved in 2025. All maintenance requests for that apartment complex are half done. My window frame was caulked over when i put in a maintence request because my window frame was rotting. The dryer and washer broke mulitple times, the washer was never fixed. My backdoor patio never locked, and when my front door was kicked in, it took them a little over a week to fix it. They came and looke
