I moved and was still charged for rent after.. The office knew. Turned in keys and mail box key.. Now trying to attack my credit. If yall move out make sure you have proof. They will try to go after your credit not to take accountability for not TELLING HUD PEOPLE MOVED

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. Bags of trash laying in the hallways.

This place is the dumps and the ladies in the office are unprofessional. I am a current Tennant, I went to the office to pay my rent and got an attitude because the lady didn't know how much my rent was🤔that's your job to know how much my rent is. She said you're mad because you have a rent increase, no I'm mad because I don't have a rent to pay how can I go get a money order for my rent if there's no amount? It's an issue on there end. Hud needs to investigate this company

Halls dark,sinks,dirty,wet,stairs and railing dirty food and cans on stairs and landing and residents sitting in entrance areas. Whole area need replaced!

I lived in c building got jumped then got kicked out but if you like the projects y'all should go through and say what's up but if y'all know those people they are chill one of my home boys got shot and he did not make it so if y'all go up there be safe
