⸻ I would not recommend living here. When you move out, they will take your entire security deposit and charge you for every tiny thing, even if the apartment only needs minimal cleaning. It feels like they are looking for any excuse to keep your money rather than being fair about normal wear and tear. On top of that, the amenities are rarely clean and don’t seem to be maintained properly. The common areas are often dirty, which makes using them unpleasant. There have also been issues with things getting stolen, which makes the place feel unsafe. Another big problem is the roaches in the buildings. Filthy. This place is far from luxury. The amount of dog crap outside is insane!!! The buildings are dirty, the dumpsters are always overflowing and you gotta walk through dog waste to access the dumpster. The people that keep moving in are more and more sketchy. This was the worst apartment I ever lived in! Maintenance takes about 3-5 visits over a week plus to fix any appliance problems. The office staff is always different. The pool is ice cold. The hallway floors are black from dirt and filth. I lived here almost 3 years and that was way too long. The dog waste is even in the children’s play ground and in front of the mail boxes and it just sits there for weeks! Some of the grass is so messed up from dog waste it smells so bad in the summer. All the people that live here are super rude

The kindest office staff, super up-to-date apartments at a great price, and they even have recycling—which I love. The maintenance team is the coolest. The only downside is the parking, but I don’t mind getting my steps in. I would’ve stayed longer, but the location in Beaver County was the only drawback.

I’ve had a difficult time with almost every step of the move in process and now have lived here over 2 weeks and my apartment is STILL not move in ready! It’s asinine to think on move out, everything must be in immaculate order or the deposit gets taken away. I should be taking rent money off, for every day that everything is not fixed. I moved in and the floors were horrid! They took a couple days before they came and put mop and glow on it. They’re are still our streaks all over the place. The kitchen sink, had lime all over it and wasn’t spraying properly. The icemaker still does not work. They just fixed the sink today. They came in my apartment WITHOUT notifying me. I did not know they were going to enter my apartment. However, I specifically asked him to notify me, because I have a

Honestly probably my favorite apartment I have ever rented. The office staff is unbelievable they are above and beyond kind and helpful. The maintenance team is also amazing, very kind and respectful and quick to fix any issues. I feel very safe living here and walking by myself. My 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the layout is perfect! I have a garage space too and it is HUGE! I definitely recommend this apartment! Side note I should mention how accommodating they were when I moved in from out of state. I didn’t end up getting into town until around 8:30 pm (obviously office is closed). They were able to secure my keys in a lock box and Hannah wrote me a very detailed email on instructions to get into my apartment, where it was, what keys go to what, etc. just outstanding cus
