Valley Springs Apartments

I just moved to Bakersfield earlier this year and I have to say that I am so grateful to have had Perla along the way. She is the property manager here and was very kind, patient, and helpful with the move in process. She gave me all of the information I needed and was always prompt and efficient in her responses. Valley springs is a beautiful, calm, peaceful, and clean complex. The only time I needed maintenance was for a minor issue in my apartment and they were out to fix it immediately within the first 24 hours. I could not be happier with my move or more appreciative.

I have been living here for the past couple of years with no problems. Office manager, Perla, is always friendly and helpful. When there are any maintenance issues, it gets taken care of right away. In addition to that, it is also a very clean and safe community.

I've never dealt with more professional Manager. Jackie really takes her time to make you feel welcomed and comfortable through out the whole process. This is defiantly a 5 Star property no question about it!

I really love these apartments. Management is so helpful & never makes me feel like a burden when I need help. Jackie is the sweetest! Landscaping is always very neat & clean. Plus the resident parties are the bomb! Definitely recommend!

Manager is rude. We moved into one of there 2br apartments and afterba while we asked to move to a 1br because we were haveing a hard time affording the 2 br she was unwilling to help and said we dont do that for ppl. Although she did it for our neighbors. Called the emergency maintenance number for a leak under our sink and number was disconnected and when i talked to her the next day she said that a leak under the sink isnt considered a emergency. So i guess that they are ok with water damage?!?!? We gave her a notice that we were leaving the apartment bc of a job relocation. Gave her all the proper paper work for it. And when we applied for another apartment she told them that we were leaving before our contract was up without a proper reason.
