Valley Pride Village

I've been living there for 3 months. Construction noise starts at 6:30 am, 6 days a week. Was supposed to have a storm door installed. seen one yet. Until recently, construction workers had priority on parking. Until recently, the gate to secure the parking area stays open 24/7. I hate this place. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor. I am handicapped and those stairs are killing me. The pics shown of this place on Google maps look nothing like reality.

1. The gate on the West Side was always half open, or doors have been left ajar….so security has been somewhat lax. 2. Now that there is Construction, there have not been any Written Notifications as to where tenants need to dispose of there trash & let’s be honest, some folks here don’t have common sense & have left their trash on other tenants property. Also, there hasn’t been any written Notifications of Construction starting on West Parking side. (I’ll be honest, there are hardly any written Notifications since I have been here, it’s all been word of mouth) 3. We already know that Management has said: “If You Don’t Like it, LEAVE.” (Not unless that’s the Company’s objective, to tire the tenants so they can move out now, then I can understand why everything is done so shoddily) 4.

Valley Pride Village is the best place to live. Rima is the best property manager, she really cares about our community and tenants concerns, and Jose our maintenance guy really does an excellent job.

Maintenance man looked at the leaking problem and right away he knew that the pipes was loose and not connected right. The job was fixed fast. NO MORE LEAKING.

My experience is that I receive a lot of lip service and broken promises. Free coffee available.
