The grounds are very well kept by management. The apt maintenance is good. There was a murder in the motels across the street. If you park your car on the street, mostly likely your car will be broken into. Management has definite favorites almost to the point of discrimination. He has let at least two tenants go without paying rent for up to eight months without evicting them. He often gives tenants different information.
