As long as you are a chill and understanding person, there should be no reason you don't get along with management and maintenance. I lived here from late 2020 until summer 2023. the only gripe is the new washers they installed raised the price of laundry from $3.00 for a full cycle (wash and dry combined) to $4.00. But they were also literally brand new so. Can't complain much. Rent was raised during summer 2022, but only by $100. So, there's not much of a complaint there. The few times we had emergencies (upstairs neighbor had a water leak that soaked our bathroom for ex) maintenance was on it right away, despite it being midnight. All in all, decent place. Some of the repair decisions were a bit strange (painting door hinges, etc) but in general, nothing serious to complain about. Wo

I live there and have found the new management team to be friendly, efficient and professional. The property looks so much better now than it used to, and maintenance is being attended to well and in a more timely manner than before. I would suggest that you give these people a chance; after all, they have only been on the job for a couple of months.

Best apartment you will find at their prices! Management is awesome and gets everything done timely. Would highly recommend to anyone looking!

Good priced units. I wanted to rent an available unit with a garage. The manager never sent me the emails I waited on and stopped answering phone calls. After 4 days of calling multiple times a day I rented elsewhere.

The management is not helpful or honest, the walkways are full of dirt. This truly is run by a democrat! Prices have gone up cleanliness has gone down.
