THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY! This no place to waste your money on, you will not be happy and comfortable, nothing works and the management will not handle a thing, when you have complaints instead of them handling the situation properly they will try to place wrongful violations against you, which is clear cut retaliation, they DO NOT CARE about you AT ALL so there's no need to report it, so now I'm just going to let the courts handle them and find somewhere better to pat $1050 rent to. I HAD to give 1 star to post.

In order to write a review you have to give one star lol... I actually give a negative 2 star... after all most 3 years of living here they are repairing the playground. How about that They advertise a pool and a cookout area. Still waiting on that. And still waiting on them to rid my apartment of roaches, mice and mold. Maybe that's next... but I want hold my breath..UPDATE ..... outside of the apartment I counted 5 holes so far.. yes indeed ì have RATS AT MY PATIO. WILL SOMEONE HELP. I GOT A note saying on Monday pest control will be in my apartment...MICE IN AND RATS OUTSIDE.... BUT RENT GOT TO BE ON TIME... LORD PLEASE HELP IN MY PRAYER. I CAN'T SLEEP YALL...

Was told that the rent is going up to 983 for a 2 bedroom and 1183 for a 3 bedroom these apartments definitely not worth that. The pool is not up and running the washers they have half wash and dry the clothes. No fitness center and 80 percent of the apartments need some kind of work done to them. Don’t get me wrong the rent lady do her job but they have fell and bumped there heads if they think somebody about to pay that for these half a** decent apartments. Listen to me run don’t walk run away from this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. "Staff" is a loose term, hardly ever around, return phone calls IF they feel like it. Pest control is a JOKE. Have an issue with a LOUD neighbor? Don't call the office, she won't help you. Stove quit working, and it took a MONTH (6 weeks to be exact, bc it was broken 2 weeks before someone came to LOOK AT IT, and another 4 because they had to order one... The BACKORDERED stove that came in was USED AND DIRTY!) Don't come here if you EVER struggle financially because they'll FILE FOR EVICTION EVERY SINGLE TIME ON THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH FOR ANY UNPAID AMOUNT! Lots of parties, late night noise (and I mean THUMPING stereos that vibrate your WHOLE apartment!) I would not recommend anybody to move here I was only staying here for 2 weeks & from day one I was having issues starting off with a nasty apartment! Within the 2 weeks I was staying there I had to beg for maintenance assistance with holes in the walls unclean wall’s & unsanitary items left behind from the last resident that I had to clean up. She told me they don’t paint the cabinets in the kitchen only the walls (im guessing they paint over the holes). She also told me they don’t change the baseboards & it’s nothing you can do about that either. Me & my boyfriend caught 5 mice/rats with 24hrs & BARBRA told me the only thing that she could do about is for ME the resident to just keep catching them. She is a terrible property manager she does not do her job & all she wants is to get over
