Randy and everyone at Pepperwood Properties have always been very nice and welcoming (we were new to SC when we began renting two years ago). We never have an issue getting work orders completed and they’re usually very quick to handle everything. I would recommend them for renters and I dare say property owners as well. Randy also lives in the community his company serves. So renting with them or using them as a property managers is supporting local businesses. <3

I have lived at the Magnolia Lofts in apt. 108 for about two years. It has been a great experience. Randy, the property manager has pleasant and responsive. He was always happy to help or answer questions. The building is unique with its historical properties. My apartment was clean and updated when I moved in. I didn’t have any major issues while I lived there. I loved how I could ride my bike to the coffee shop down the road. I’m really going to miss my little home!

Pepperwood properties, LLC has always been efficient, fair and accessible. I'm very satisfied with the mgt. service and everything that entails. That goes for Randy and his staff as well. The online portal requires a little navigation but overall is very useful.

I have worked with Randy over several years both as a tenant and as a property owner. He is consistently thorough and well organized. When there are problems, he comes ready with solutions.
