Valley Breeze Apartments

If you’re looking for an apartment complex that gives you daily character development through frustration, Valley Breeze Apartments is perfect. We had a broken staircase leading to the second level — you know, a pretty important feature — and they only fixed it a week before we moved out. Amazing timing. And let’s talk about the mystery charges. They billed us for “repairs” that never even happened. I guess imaginary maintenance costs real money here. The water bill? Completely random every month — I’m convinced they just roll dice in the office to decide what you owe. Management’s response to everything was either silence or excuses. But hey, if you enjoy paying top dollar to be ignored while your home falls apart, this place will make you feel right at home. 10/10 would not recommend

Nice place to live—clean, well-maintained, and in a very convenient location. The property managers are responsive and professional, which makes a big difference. Overall, a great experience!

Terrible bad experience renting here. I lived there 5+ years and Since new manager took over last year theres lack of good maintenance and quality of life. They will enter your house even without proper notice. Manager will spend all day in office just doing paperwork instead of actually going around complex and making sure improvements are made and give residents a better environment. I don’t recommend this place to live.

Maintenance is usually always same day or they get there to fix issues ASAP. Brenda is the property manager, and she’s the best manager I’ve had since renting in San Diego. Upkeep around the area is great. If you have any issues in the community they are very good at addressing them. If you put down a security deposit they are very thorough about what they will use it for. This is the first complex to give me more than 50% of my deposit back. The apartments are nice on the inside, spacious, especially for the price range. Neighbors are friendly. Highly recommended.
