Valentia Apartments

We moved to Valentia Apartments about three months ago, and our experience has been excellent from day one. Since moving in, any time we’ve needed help, the leasing office—and especially Bryce—has been consistently responsive and dedicated to making sure everything is taken care of properly. He always follows up, checks in, and goes out of his way to ensure issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. We also had a specific concern regarding a neighbor who was smoking, which is important to mention because Valentia is a smoke-free community. The entire team took the situation seriously, and Bryce personally walked the area multiple times to identify where it was coming from. Danielle, Bryce and Ian have been so fantastic and accommodating. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, I had a complete privacy looking out the park and I loved it! Though someone snitched that you can't bring the dogs to the pool, they were so nice about it. This place is quiet, well maintained and everything you'd want and need at UTC!

We had a temporary job relocation for a year in San Diego and stayed in a corporate apartment at Valentia. The staff was phenomenal and took care of issues promptly and always treated us like family. As our one year came to an end at Valentia Apartment end of September of 2025, we leave behind our hearts full of gratitude and appreciation for making our stay so warm and welcoming and we highly recommend Valentia Apartment for anyone staying in San Diego!!!

The location is perfect, the community is beautiful and peaceful — but what makes this place really special is the people. The leasing office team is absolutely amazing. They’re always kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure residents are supported and comfortable.
