Valencia Grove

Miserable, horrid place to TRY and live. If could give no stars or negative stars I would. Lived there for almost 1 1/2 years and just couldn't take it anyone. First they are poorly made, You can hear everyone and everyone can hear you doing everything. We were on the second floor so in the middle of two other floors, grumpy mean spirited guy down stairs always complained about every little thing, I basically had to tippy toe around in my own house for over 1 1/2 years and heaven for bid if I or my young son dare accidentally dropped something and it made a noise . Neighbor upstairs was really nice, but every time he came home I could tell you when and whether he was wearing dress shoes or tennis shoes. every morning I Could hear he was up because I could hear the water running in sink.

I've been waiting for an apartment for over 1 year and 4 months. I gave them 300 dollars to hold my place and see if I can get a place. That never happened. Now I'm trying to get my money back. Because I no longer want the apartment. The management keeps ignoring me. Doesn't pick up any of of there phone calls. When I show up there rub and always want me to leave. I want my 300 dollars back. I don't want your apartment. Your the worst at customer service I've ever seen. I'm going to keep calling till I get my money. Not right I have to keep on contacting you to get my money back. Ps Don't give them any money. They won't give it back and they'll make some excuse why they can't give it back. The maintenance staff along with the office staff work hard to maintain excellent service and the common areas. Some residents do not cooperate in keeping the common areas clean. Thanks to the Supervisor Mr. Rivera for his service as well as the office staff for their charisma and attention.

These apartments are good but when it comes to anything being fixed that's where the issues lie. I am now going on 4 years with a shoddy AC unit, a leak has been confirmed but has yet to be fixed the Vynil flooring is peeling up, and dented also has yet to be fixed, and I noticed the paint in one bedroom is deteriorating

I like my apartment and I like the area. The only problem I am having right now is the people that live above me are noisy. It sounds like they stomp across their floor, which is my ceiling, instead of walking normally. There are times when it sounds like they are dropping bowling balls on to their floor. Living here can be nice as long as you have considerate neighbors. I also want to add that the maintenance and the management staff are prompt and efficient.
